What is the ASI Token?

The ASI token is the result of merging the three tokens, $FET, $AGIX, and $OCEAN, which began in July 2024 with the first phase of migration.

The ASI token serves several key functions within the ecosystem:

• Enhancing Computational Capabilities: The ASI token boosts network capacity by incentivizing users to share computing resources, expanding computational power for large-scale data processing.

• Platform Unification: The merger of $AGIX, $FET, and $OCEAN into a single $ASI token simplifies transactions within the ecosystem and aligns the goals of the different platforms involved.

• Governance: The ASI token also allows holders to vote on strategic decisions and participate in the governance of the ASI Alliance.

ASI Tokenomics

Currently, the $AGIX and $OCEAN tokens have been integrated under the $FET token. The following conversion rates were applied:

• For Ocean Protocol ($OCEAN) holders, the conversion rate was 0.433226 $ASI for each $OCEAN token.

• Similarly, each SingularityNET ($AGIX) token was converted at a rate of 0.433350 $ASI.

In the second phase of migration, each $FET token will be converted to $ASI at a 1:1 ratio, completing the token merger.

The total supply of the $ASI token is 2.63 billion units, distributed as follows: 866.7 million to $AGIX holders, 1.15 billion to $FET holders, and 610.8 million to $OCEAN holders.
